Notice of Fire Hydrant Maintenance: Fall Program
Town water users should be aware that starting September 18th between 8am-4:00 pm, Monday through to Friday, Shelburne Public Works will be flushing and inspecting fire hydrants. This process will take two weeks and is part of fall routine maintenance.
The flushing process may cause discolouration of the water. It is very important that water is checked before using. If discolouration occurs, let the cold water run until it clears.
Please use extra caution before doing laundry.
